Thank you. I tried cleanup option and rebooted my machine and it did looked like it cleaned up few things. But i still see "Teradata Service Control" icon on desktop.

Then i have tried installing TD12 and the Windows Installer popped below message.

"Another version of this product is already installed. Installation of this version cannot continue. To configure or remove the existing version of the Product, use Add/Remove Programs on the Control Panel"

But i didn't see any Teradata programs in Add/Remove Programs. Hope there is a way to clean this.
