Craig,

It is not recommended to run loads during the backup jobs. If u want to do then you might get error like table being loaded.

If u want to archive tables during load/unload then u have to follow the simple steps

1) I think we can load/unload max 15 jobs simultaneously.

2) Exclude those tables which are currently involved in loading.

3) After completion of loading u can archive those individual tables.
