Depends on length of time candidates have been working on Teradata and what your requirements are...

New databases and systems vs. existing databases and systems require different skill sets... some folks can program but cannot trouble shoot/support what they wrote and vice versa.

What modeling tools have you used?

Naming standards and conventions that you like and have used?

Biggest database/table you have ever worked with?

Biggest input files you have worked with?

Biggest project you have worked with/on?

Specific utility questions like biggest difference between fastload vs. multiload?

Platform specific questions... are you coming from Unix (AIX or NCR), TSO, PC etc...
