Assuming this is an existing Teradata database, I would make sure all resources completely understand the philosophy of "set processing" versus "row-at-a-time". This especially applies to ETL processing and use of the Teradata utilities. Just because a person has worked on a Teradata database doesn't mean they have this mindset. As for project manager, if this project requires "new data" from "new data sources" then the project plan better allow adequate time for data validation (data quality) tasks. These can impact the PDBD.
