Hi,

You can logon to Viewpoint as Admin (or user with Admin rights).

     Admin  --> Teradata Systems -->  Select your System (Prod or Test or Dev) --> SETUP -->  Alerts -->

     Alerts --> Alert Types -->  Node  --> Alerts

( Under Alert action, you can set email notification to get an alert and various parameters like severity, time etc to throw alert).
