You are correct that Word's quote characters are not 'real' quote characters and must not be used in SQL. What is odd is that those characters are '5B'x thru '5E'x so I don't know why the error message specified '0A'x - which is an [invisible] Line Feed character. It appears that the error message was incorrect. I will look into the possibility of replacing the 4 quote characters with real single or double quotes when text is pasted into the Query.
