Mike,

I've checked 'Process Alert Requests' and even set this to 60seconds. Even set the following to a very low value to trigger an alert.

     Sessions Idle for = above 1 min
     Connected for = above 1min
     Number of sessions per User = 1above

I'm pretty sure this should trigger an alert, but nothing coming.

I also tried to open Alert Viewer (then choosed by Active system), and what I'm getting is just this error:

Failed to get the current Alert Limits from database _ for profile _ No Alert status can be assigned.

Anywhere else I can check?

I'm lost...
