I tried this successfully against a small table. Having a little experience with TSET, the export was straightforward:

1. Click EXPORT icon, select "by database" and navigate to target table

2. Click "add" and per the instructions below, check only Statistics

3. Click Export --> done

Importing the stats was less obvious, but TSET's help screens were enough to help me figure it out.

1. Click the IMPORT icon and select the file to which I exported,

2. Navigate to my target table in the tree on left side of screen,

3. Highlight "Stats Tags" underneath it,

4. Click the Import Icon again.

5. Do a "help statistics" on the table to verify --> done
