I do agree Mr. Wellman's point to exclude the users (NONEMPTY DB) from the daily backup, with one caveat. You should backup them up at least
once in a while in order to account for Disaster Recovery. This would be in the extreme case of a complete restore of the DBC and all you
databases.
Alternatively, you could keep a script with all the necessary command to re-create them, but you will have to allow for the time to add them
all back if not done as part of the DB restore process.
