A-Team I like to keep things interesting... I need to know what the real-world maximum limits are for adding users into the warehouse. We have a 36-Node 24TB system. We currently have 6178 users. I have been asked to create 480,000 users (this will change to 750,000) in the system. The basis of this request is to enable any POTENTIAL user access to the warehouse. The expectation is there will NOT be a huge amount of concurrent usage at this time. The only space allocated to these users will be SPOOL. What are the ramifications for creating this many users? I believe this will affect our backup strategies and I need to know if there are other issues to be concerned with regarding resources etc... Your experience is greatly appreciated. I am also interested in who out there has the most users to date??? Chris Coffing
