OK! I have to jump in on this one... I use SQL/A daily and it works great... I can see a use for multiple windows and I agree that you will need to redesign the entire app if you want to take advantage of a robust feature like Multiple SQL Windows. I do not see much value in spending any time on a feature that is already inherent in the current product offering. By turning off the "Close Answer Window before running new query" setting from the Options menu, you get basically the same thing. Granted this is not multiple SQL windows but multiple answerset windows that you can use to compare answersets. Or one can simply open up multiple SQL/A apps. If you attempt to enable a feature that falls short of its true purpose that will frustrate users. I guess what I am saying Mike is this... Use your time to redesign the product and make it even more useful. The users are getting by with the same functionality via workarounds. I vote for a redesign with a chance for the SQL/A followers to make a complete list of recommendations... Then you can change the name from SQL Assistant to SQL Master.
