Upon reflection, my previous response may have been slightly misleading.
When I said "largest LAYOUT" it was in reference to the original poster's unusual example of IMPORTing the same file multiple times using
different LAYOUTs. You can certainly have a shorter record length file (with its corresponding LAYOUT) and a longer record length file in the same
MultiLoad with no problem.
