| | At my company, Teradata SSR's handle installing all maintenance release's, upgrades to MP-RAS UNIX software, Teradata Database Software,
etc. Even during minor/major upgrades they are resposible for upgrading the Teradata Database Software to whatever release. They only thing my
company employee's do is the TDP (Mainframe) software upgrades. | |
We do it just like you. Costs alot but in the long run its worth it.
