No, I would still not use the word "normally" in that statement. I would say "sometimes", as in "Sometimes an EDW will have separate databases
for each subject area".
Instead, I would say, "Normally an EDW will have one database for "One Version of the Truth" corporate-wide subject matter, and other, spurious
dependant databases for various application data marts."
