This worked for me.
CREATE SET TABLE CBMTDB01.QMAN_IMPORT_TST_JTB ,NO FALLBACK ,
NO BEFORE JOURNAL,
NO AFTER JOURNAL
(
COL1 CHAR(05) CHARACTER SET LATIN NOT CASESPECIFIC NOT NULL,
COL2 TIMESTAMP,
COL3 CHAR(05) CHARACTER SET LATIN NOT CASESPECIFIC NOT NULL);
INSERT INTO CBMTDB01.QMAN_IMPORT_TST_JTB
VALUES (?,CAST((? (DATE,FORMAT'YYYY/MM/DD')) AS TIMESTAMP(0)),?);
