Subj:   Show table and line feeds

From:   Christopher Platt

In the old days you used to be able to do a show table and pretty much use the output from the bteq script as input to another bteq script with some minor cleanup. We have recently added compression to alot of our tables.

I rarely create tables for our company but recently had to do so. The output of the bteq script no longer fit so well as input to the create new table script. I had to adjust where the lines split on the compression values. I guess you would call it carriage control or line splits and feeds. This can be a pain. Is this the way it is supposed to work ? and if so how have others adapted to this?
