The answer is: We (the user group from this forum) all have to voice our concern to Teradata to incorporate this feature in the next version!!!
Unfortunately the environment/env.commands are not handled alike across all the load/unload utilities and across the different operating
systems.

by the by: The work around to that is, to build the bteq script on the fly.
