The role and fit with others will be the most important but you should find it useful to ask for examples of how the candidate has
handled, or overcome difficulties in, various scenarios.
Depending on the role you might want to ascertain the candidates' understanding and competency in respect of: set table concept, indexing
and impact on performance, journalling and impact on performance, utilities for load/export, data transformation, database/user security and
views.
