One solution might be to create your own calendar table with all the dates required. You could:

1) Create a table

2) Populate it with all the rows from SYS_CALENDAR

3) Create a BTEQ that repeats and inserts rows into your table by selecting the max date from your table + 1 to add future dates (or min date -1 to add past dates).

Not elegant, but I think it should work.
