Good point Neil, I work with the user community on many various issues daily, and they all use a variety of shared and client DB's to get
at all the data they need for their reports. The number one comment I hear is how they all love to use the Teradata system because it's so
fast and easier to work with than other systems, like Oracle and SQL-Server. I think that a well designed Business Objects Universe can
help add to the clients satisfaction of using Teradata, as well as people who like to use other tools that they are comfortable with like
Access 97 or my personal favorite, Queryman to interface the system.
