I've had no success in accessing anything other than what can already be found on the standard NCR website. None of the promoted
technical knowledge bases, none of the additional whitepapers, none of the ticket tracking functionality, etc. etc.
After two non-responsive emails to the portal tech support and discussions with my local sales rep as well as our technical rep, nothing
has changed.
(don't get me wrong about our local sales and technical reps - they have always excelled at assisting whenever and however possible - I
suspect they've hit the same wall that I have with the portal tech support).
My solution? I've simply not bothered to log in for several months.
