So, here I am, trying to get logged in to the brand-spanking new NCR@YourService and finding it impossible to escape from the page that gives me NCR promotional material, caught in an endless loop of portal->click here for support->login->back to portal. I didn't find any help whatsoever for my problem in the on-line information, but I did note this: NCR Web Portal Concept The NCR Web Portal is a new sales support tool that will lead you to the information you need to ensure your selling activities and provide maximum benefit to us both. I certainly don't quibble with NCR's right to put out sales support material, but I'm wondering what that has to do with me. We have a new sixteen-node system on which I'm trying to keep an eye, and sales support information isn't very helpful. Am I just grouchy this morning (possible, very possible) or are others having this less-than positive experience? John A
