Hi Bob,

Good news. Is there doco on some public site somewhere? or better a trial download?

What about a native, generic OLE-DB driver (that calls CLI directly) rather than using the OLE DB on top of ODBC approach? We are moving to ADO for a lot of our code (VB, ASP, Delphi, JScript, VBscript etc...). ADO is not the fastest thing - but it has alot of nifty features - XML output - disconnected recordsets etc.. And we can reuse a lot of it when we go against other DBs (the ususal suspects: Oracle, SQL Server, DB2 - not to mention Index Server, MS OlAP etc.)

Did you choose 9/9/99 as a release date on purpose?
