Mario, Can you be more specific? Have you contacted your local support team? Have you tried the same fastload script on the Teradata machine locally? What kind of machine are you trying to connect from (UNIX, Win/NT, Win/95...)? Are you sure the client tools are installed correctly? Is your Teradata Server in the hosts file on the client machine with an alias like "server1cop1"? The hosts file is in the \winnt\ directory on Win/NT, the \windows directory in Win95, and in the /etc directory on UNIX. There is also a help phone number in your documentation that you can call for on-line assistance if you don't have a local support team. Edmond Ray
