Have a few questions about BAR:

- When archive is done at database level, are the placed at database level or at table level [ only lock the table that is being archived] ?

- Is the dump lock compatible with the access lock ?

- If dump lock is compatible with access lock, can we schedule archive jobs during the day time? Are there any other issues with archive running during day time?
