Shravan,

You need to set your character set.

Add the following before your job definition (DEFINE JOB)

     USING CHARACTER SET UTF8

UTF8 would be replaced by the character set of your input file

If you are running on LINUX/UNIX you can find this by running the "file" command.

Ex.

     File  myinputfile.txt
