Hi All,

We are trying to sync the Teradata Nodes with our NTP servers. Since ntpdate command is no more supported we are trying with SNTP command.

     02-1-8:~ # sntp 6x.1xx.2xx.6x
     sntp: too many bad or lost packets

We are getting this error message however we are able to ping the NTP server and it is reachable.

Appreciate if you could share your views on debugging this issue.
