I think you can use the 'Modify' option of the Teradata Client item in 'Programs and Features'.

That should allow you to install additional Teradata applications or remove some of those already installed.

(Whether there is a Modify option in addition to the Uninstall option may depend on the settings that were used when the TTU package was first installed though.)
