Just a small but maybe not an important question:

Do you turn off the OUC before you take a dictionary backup of your system? (I've read that on a (busy) system, I can cause problems hence the system turns it off by itself. And in order to start it up again, you must take action manuall....( or via a generic SQL like )

(and of course when the dictionary backup is done, turn in on again.)
