Hi,

The index is still part of the definition, even if it hasn't been built.

Note that in your script output you have the following line:

     01/05/2016 23:28:39  DICTIONARY RESTORE COMPLETED

This indicates that the dictionary information, i.e. the definition which INCLUDES the NUSI has been restored. So it shows up in the SHOW table output.

The NOBUILD option means to not physically build the index structure.
