If it is a staging table that is being emptied for each load cycle, then it is not required to do anything with the table. The next load into the table will populate all available AMPs.

If the table is permanent, small and NOPI, then it isn't harmful to let it just live on a subset of the AMPs.

Only if it is a large permanent table would it be advisable to take some steps to cause it to be redistributed to all AMPs. Note that there is a HASH BY option on INSERT SELECT which can be used to copy to a new table and distribute the data across all-AMPs.
