Yes, you are very much correct.

The same DBC DBQL queries when executed with other user (which has fewer roles) got executed in seconds.

Could you please advise on how to handle roles/access rights assigned to a super user?

Usually how is a super user handled/granted access rights? For example, SYSDBA, DBAADMIN users (which are regular DBA users). How are the count of access rights or roles reduced on a super user?
