Recommended migration approach is:

Use Priority Scheduler Administrator pre-upgrade to fetch current PS config and store as PDSet (in database DBCMngr)

Post-upgrade, use Teradata Workload Analyzer to convert to initial TASM ruleset (in database TDWM)

Use Viewpoint TASM portlet to fetch and refine TASM ruleset

If you skipped the first step, you may need to develop the workload definitions manually.
