The same issue occurred again and when we verified the network, the connections were getting dropped between the Informatica server (windows server where the clients are installed) and the Teradata server and the packets were getting lost. So this is a network issue as you guys mentioned.
However , the error message - Fastload Error : NO RECORD OF THE LAST REQUEST WAS FOUND AFTER DBS RESTART is very misleading. There should be some clue in the logs , that points to the network. Otherwise, there is no way , one would suspect the network.
