Hi Forum,

Has anyone encountered the below error while working with TPT? Could there be an issue with the installation

     TPT_INFRA: TPT01026: Error: [ptmgts.exe] Unable to create config file
     C:\ProgramFiles (x86)\Teradata\client\13.10\Teradata Parallel
     Transporter/logs/pipc.100007f.23-180355073, System errno: 5

     TPT_INFRA: TPT01053: Error: Failed to start internal GTS service

     TPT_INFRA: TPT01007: Error: Failed to create auxiliary Parallel Task Manager
     service
