Hi Forum,

When I try opening TQS administrator , I get the following error

     DBSystem : : Connect DBExt
     ErrorMsg from logon() call = CLI Error
     Function = DbmsC:logon Once, Status = 224 , Return Code = 224 MTDP :
     EM_NOHOST(224): name not found in HOS

Going through the other posts on this error message, it was suggested to check if there are COP entries in the hosts file. The hosts file in our environment does have the COP entries. However , I am still getting this error message. Could anyone let me know how to resolve this?
