The restriction has always been that you cannot have a DDL statement included in a Multi-Statement Request. You can have one DDL statement within an explicit transaction consisting of multiple requests within a BT/ET, in which case it must be the last request in the transaction.

TD13.10 is no different from TD13.0 in this respect.
