Hi,

As well as setting non-zero values for the collection and logging rates as you've already been advised, you may also need to enable the tables themselves.

You need to get access to the Supervisor screen in DBW/xdbw or the "Operator Console" via Viewpoint Remote Console portlet. Once you've done either of these:

"get logtable all" will display the current enable/disable state of each resusage table

"set logtable ??? on" will enable a table.
