Hi,

* Go to Viewpoint

* Login with Administrator logon

* Go to Supervisor window

* Run below command

- set logtable all on

- set resource collection 600; vproc logging 1200

- set resource logging 1200

This will set the resource logging rate to 20 minute.

To confirm this rate, please run below commands on supervisor window

Get Logtable all (Output: Everything will show you enable)

Get resource (output: It will shows you the collection rate)
