Also, make sure your exception threshold and qualification time are not to low. It is not unusual for queries to go into skewed mode for very
short periods of time. A single AMP query is skewed. Exceptions are designed to identify the queries that chronically skewed and causing
disruption.
Also, with the newer 6 core hyperthreaded systems, a skewed query does not cause the system level disruptions that they did in the past on
older systems. So the real impact of skew today is mostly related just to the query itself.
