Hi Dave

I did some tests and they don't fall in line with your comments.

I ran following query several times and all time I got the same result every time

     SELECT TOP 4  * FROM DBC.COLUMNS;

Thus I observed that it does not return rows at random. It returns the same records everytime.

I believe there has to be same sequence in which records are returned.
