No. The SHOW privilege is a way to allow users to do SHOW without permitting any other access.

But a user that holds any right on the object, EXECUTE PROCEDURE for example, can do SHOW also.

For SQL Stored Procedures, you do have the option of compiling "WITH NOSPL". In that case, the source for the body of the procedure is not stored - so no one can display it with SHOW.
