I think you are providing OLE DB Provider in both Source and Destination. This is not allowed by the software.

One of the source or destination has to be "Teradata Database" from the drop down combo box.

If "Teradata Database" is not one in source and destination, then OleLoad keeps the recent changed connection and removes the older connection.

The restriction is quite obvious.:)

BTW which version of OleLoad utility you are using?
