We are not going through software upgrade we are on V2R6 and we will be there post expansion.

Collect stats will always engage all amps so isn't it necessary to make optimizer based on demographics know in how many amps data is distributed in

I assume if we don't collect stats after expansion, then optimizer moves based on the old stats values thus it will not have Info on the data distribution for the new AMPS added and this may cause Performance issue, may be a severe one.

Regarding User Access (Non Priority) I thought to restrict them Because I want to make sure there is no Performance issue Post expansion
