Dear users,

I work with TD 12 on Windows.

My company is going to upgrade TD from 12 to 13. A part of the upgrading process is to run scandisk command as a preparatory step. I looked at the utility guide to find a right command but am not sure where to run the command and what the command is.

1. Do I open Database Window -> Supvr and type 'start ferret' and submit the command from there?

2. The utility guide shows some options in running scandisk command such as 'scandisk' 'scandisk inq ? m' 'scandisk db' etc. I am not sure which command I should use.
