Hi Stephen,

I believe the hardware status for node, bynet and such things can be monitored Teradata AWS (Administration workstation). Generally Teradata people have setup up alerts for any hardware failures/issues.

Such alerts automatically raise an incident at Teradata support site with an appropriate priority.

What you could do is get your email id also configured for such alert/incidents, so that you also get the same information.
