We are looking at limiting the number of queries a given workload definition can have. In addition, we want to ensure, that no one group/user
has the ability to saturate a given workload definition; thus the potential need for object throttles at the user/profile level as well.
It's understood that queries may be delayed twice, once at the object level, and again at the workload definition level. Does anyone have any
practical experience combining these two throttles? Any best practice advice is appreciated.
