Subj:   CASE SPECIFIC SQL assistant mode setting

Hi -

My SQL assistant session is working in the CASE SPECIFIC ANSI mode..I never switched to it. It is taking these SQLs differently

     sel * from dbc.tables where tablename like %TABLE1% ;

     sel * from dbc.tables where tablename like %table1%  ;

Any idea how can we turn the BTET mode on - using the SQL assistant window. set session transaction ansi is not working in the SQL assistant window. Also I am not sure how it switched to the ANSI mode. Are there some settings in the SQL assistant which could turn the BTET mode automatically.

Also blank (space bar) is appearing as "." in sql assistant.The scripts are not appearing correct. Please help me to change settings to normal.

Thanks and Regards
