Hi Mark, This is what I found that may be the cause and solution to your issue. Probable Cause: files left over on the system when TTU was removed Solution: The old CLI .dll files are still existed after upgrading. It was mentioned that Error 8036, with no description, almost always indicates that the wrong version of CLI is being used. It is suggested that you check that the 12.0 version of CLI is installed on the machine where ARC is running, and that there are no extra copies of the following files on the system (other than in the CLI install path): WINCLI32.DLL TDUSR32.DLL TERASSO.DLL LOCALISATION.DLL Best regards, Wale
