Hi

I was installing a 32 bit ODBC (V13) driver on a Win2003 SP2 64bit server recently. Things worked fine until today. Somehow I had some trouble and I de-installed the driver and other Teradata components like CLI2, Administrator, Queryman, and PMON.

However after re-install I got the infamous terasso.dll not found error. I was researching the internet for a potential solution and found several entries which similar issues.

I re-installed V12 from the DEMO and also the V13 driver. The V12 from TTU is aborting the installation due to a not specified error. V13 will be installed but still I get the error.

However I am now at the point where I de-installed everything, cleaned up the registry, re-boot the system and ready to re-installed the driver. Someone mentioned certain dll need to be deleted manually before re-install again. I found remarks regarding terasso.dll and tdata32.dll but both dll are not existing anymore.

Is there another dll or other files I need to delete prior to the re-installation? I couldn't find anything regarding a list of files which needs to be de-installed.
